Solar Yin

About this event

This warm, all-levels restorative yin class incorporates therapeutic red light and infrared mats - where ancient stillness meets modern healing. Slow, sustained shapes invite the body to soften deep into the connective tissues while gentle warmth allows tension to release without force. Red and near-infrared light work quietly beneath the surface - supporting circulation, stimulating collagen production, and encouraging the body's natural repair processes from within.
