About this event
This is an all levels Yin flow that follows the Sarah Powers original Yin Yoga series . It incorporates joint mobilization throughout as well. The class brings awareness to anatomy and alignment so that you may enhance your knowledge and practice by isolating different areas of the body. When Ember teaches this class it ends with a sound bath.
