Family Yoga in the Garden ( babies welcome)

Join other families to find joy in our beautiful buddha butterfly garden and move your body! Our teacher is certified through two of our certification courses -our adult yoga teacher training course as well as certification course to teach children! In this practice, each adult can bring one child with them age 4 and under at no additional fee. Children 5 and over will need their own drop in purchased. We will practice some partner poses to have fun with your child as well as infant yoga offerings to reduce colic. Adults will also be lead in an alignment based practice to address their own wellbeing. If it is raining we hold the class inside of our center instead of the garden.
