If you are looking to achieve a long, lean dancer’s physique, this class is for you. Vault’s take on a traditional barre class means incorporating ballet positions and terminology with Pilates alignment and a healthy dose of cardio, making our barre classes much more high intensity than our competitors’. You’ll sweat, you’ll burn, you’ll shake, and you’ll want to come back for more. Beginners welcome! **Grip Socks required.
