About this event
Ready to turn your workout into a party? This is your ultimate dance-on-a-rebounder experience—think feel-good music, easy-to-follow combos, and nonstop bounce energy. We’ll mix in 3 quick sculpt breaks to keep things spicy while you keep moving and grooving. Each song builds into a fun, high-energy sequence that feels more like a dance floor than a workout. Sweat, smile, repeat. 💃🌀 Class Breakdown: Rebounder Bouncing: ~75–80% of the class What to wear: Supportive sports bra Athletic sneakers for stability and support sneakers
