PILATES APPARATUS - OPEN LEVEL caters to ALL levels; whether you are a Pilates novice or expert. Utilizing the Reformer, Cadillac, & Mat, this class focuses on the foundational Pilates exercises from which all other exercises stem. Beginner level clients will be guided through each exercise with care while more experienced clients will be challenged to perfect their technique. With more than 500 exercises in the classical Pilates system from which to choose, each class provides variety guaranteeing that you will never get bored. 50min. If you are new to Pilates a few Private lessons are highly suggested before joining group classes. Good mobility and physical fitness is a must to benefit the most from this class.
